Managing director Richard Spooner established Consents Solutions in 2012. Richard, who been working in the utilities and infrastructure industry for 40 years, has since developed the company from a one-man business to a proficient consents organisation. The company has expanded to offer a wider range of technical services to all parts of the infrastructure sector.

RSK incorporated Consent Solutions in April 2019, thereby providing the company with immediate access to specialist engineers, planners, ecologists and drilling and soil experts, which will enable the company to provide its clients with a fully supported service.

Consent Solutions’ ethos has always been to be a specialised team of people small enough to care but big enough to deliver. RSK Consents Solutions maintains this core team integrity while having the resources to ensure that its clients are always receive with the best services in an efficient and timely manner.
